Danny is appearing at the Norwich Theatre Royal this Christmas playing the title role of Robin Hood alongside Tony Slattery, as the evil Sheriff of Nottingham.

Performances are from 15th December, 2009 to 17th January, 2010.

Danny stars as 'Robin Hood' at the Norwich Theatre Royal

Extract from the BBC Norfolk Website:  Robin Hood is riding through the glen to the Norwich Theatre Royal as part of Norfolk's 2009/2010 pantomime season.

TV's Danny Seward, best known as Joe Beresford from ITV drama Where The Heart Is, is hoping to entertain as the lead role of Robin Hood.
"This is the first pantomime I've ever done, so I'm being thrown in at the deep end, but I'm looking forward to it," said Danny.

Danny lands role in groundbreaking new drama by Jimmy McGovern

'Moving on' is a new 5-part drama series written and created by Jimmy McGovern (writer of Cracker). Jimmys other work includes BAFTA and EMMY winning 'The Street'. The new series is due to air on BBC1 in 2009.

Danny to appear in the third series of 'The Tudors'

Danny has recently finished filming on a new third series of 'The Tudors', staring Johnathan Rhys Meyers.

Tudors series II is currently being shown on Fridays, 9PM (BBC2). 'Tudors series III' will transmit across America (SHOWTIME) in Easter 2009 and on BBC2 later in the new year.

Danny lands role in new BBC1 Drama

 Danny lands a role in the remake of BBC1's classic Sci-Fi Drama series 'Survivors'. The revived show, staring Max Beesley and Philip Ryhs, features Danny as fellow Survivor 'Robbie'. 'Survivors' will be shown on BBC1 in October 2008.

Undefeated reigning world champion Boxing superstar ‘Ricky Hatton’ has officially endorsed Danny Seward’s song ‘Heart Of A Winner’.

Two worlds collided in 2005 when Danny met Ricky at his gym in Hyde. Danny had taken along a copy of his track; a self- penned rock anthem called ‘Heart Of A Winner’. The song is dedicated to Rickys boxing achievements.

Upon hearing the song, the Hatton family’s reaction was overwhelming. It seemed to have encapsulated Ricky’s life. Soon after Danny met up with Martin O Shea (the man responsible for creating Atomic kitten). They both agreed that Danny’s idea of making a documentary on Ricky’s life featuring the song was a good idea.

2 years, and four months later, Ricky Hatton-A Life Story - co produced with Danny, is available on DVD Worldwide.

Danny's song 'Heart Of A Winner' has just been officially endorsed by the World Undefeated Boxing champion 'Ricky Hatton'-

The Song, dedicated to and inspired by Ricky, will feature inside Ricky's Brand new DVD 'Ricky Hatton- A Life Story'- which goes on sale November 12th 2007.

The song will be used to promote Ricky's next fight (the biggest fight of his career) against Floyd Mayweather Junior, on December the 8th in Las Vegas
